Cooper received a call from an Electrical Contractor at 7am on a Saturday, that they had an emergency need for material. There had been a fire at the job site and all the devices that they were scheduled to use that day and through the week had been ruined. They needed 300 GFI's, 800 receptacles, 500 3way switches, 300 single pole switches and other miscellaneous material. Cooper was able to pull the order out of the CDC ( Linden, NJ) and deliver via Courier by 1pm that same day. The customer commented that it never ceases to amaze them the amount of material we have and how we can service him.

One of the buildings of our Property Management Company had an electrical problem. We had a 1000 amp fuse that was blown and the contractor on site along with our property manager were doing everything possible to find this fuse and get the building back up and operating.
I called our Cooper representative at home Saturday night and explained our problem. Within an hour Cooper called me back and said he checked in his Linden location and found the fuse. I had our Property Manager get in contact with the representative and the fuse was delivered by 8am on Sunday. The contractor was on site and the building's power was restored. Cooper went out of their way to help us and we appreciate the loyalty. This is why I encourage all our properties to support our relationship with Cooper.
