WEB & APP EXPERIENCE

New Website Experience

cooper-electric.com will be your new web destination. Billows.com will redirect you here. You will be able to customize you account dashboard, view shipments product lists, view live availability, view your account specific pricing, and more. Every feature was specifically built with you in mind. To gain access to these tools, register for an online account using your new account number (this will be listed on every invoice on March 4th and later). 


New App Experience

The Cooper Electric App will be your new hub for mobile ordering! This app will take the same username and password as cooper-electric.com. Here you will have the same functionally as the desktop site, with added scan to order features.

Invoicing & BillTrust

Account Number

If you already have an account number with Cooper, that will be your account number. If you didn't have an account with Cooper, you will be assigned a new account number that will appear on your invoices starting March 4, 2024. You will also see the new account number on your March 31st, 2024, statement. 


BillTrust

To view account information and submit payments online, please visit https://cooper.billtrust.com  to sign up for an account.
