Each kit is provided with a 1 or 2-port Decora insert along with a 6-position 6-conductor (6P6C USOC) QuickPort™ jack or 6P6C jack and a F-connector coupler. The Decora inserts are compatible with Leviton's extensive line of Decora wallplates resulting in a neat, professional finish
