Square D Q4 molded case circuit breakers provide thermal magnetic protection. Their primary function is automatic opening of a circuit under overload or short circuit conditions or manual opening. Q4 circuit breakers can be used for multiple applications such as construction, in commercial and industrial buildings, for control equipment panels for OEM commercial, and in mines. Push-to-Trip allows the circuit breaker to be manually tripped without exposure to live parts. This Square D Q4 molded case circuit breaker is a 3 pole unit mount breaker, 400A and 240VAC, with lugs. The thermal magnetic circuit breaker has an interrupting rating of 25kA at 240VAC. All Q4 molded case circuit breakers have trip indication of the operating handle in the central position when the breaker is tripped. Q4 breakers are UL 489, CSA, IEC certified.
