Easy-Splice Direct Burial Roll-On Splice Sleeve for 250 - 600 MCM Easy "roll-on" way to insulate and seal cable connections up to 1,000 volts. The gripping force of the EPDM elastomer combines with high performance sealant to form a water resistant, UV resistant insulating sleeve appropriate for direct burial application over in-line compression connectors. Ideal for use where gas or electric heating devices are not approved. RUS accepted as a secondary tap or splice cover. Each kit includes one Easy-Splice sleeve and sealant strips. Qualified to ANSI C119.1-1986. CSA certified to C22.2 No. 198.2. UL 486D listed, suitable for direct burial. APPLICATION: For use on standard poly or elastomeric-insulated cables. Insulates and seals in-line compression connectors or terminal lugs. Cable can be energized immediately.
