The Broan-NuTone® automatic, adjustable thermostat is a replacement part for Broan-NuTone® powered attic ventilators. Once the attic fan is installed in the attic the automatic thermostat turns the unit on and off to exhaust heat buildup. Thermostat comes preset to activate the fan at 110 degrees, start temperature can be reset within range of 60 - 120 degrees to suit your individual needs.
