This Multi 9 C60 UL489 is a low voltage miniature circuit breaker (MCB). It is a 2P circuit-breaker with 2 protected poles, 1A rated current and C tripping curve. It can be mounted on DIN rail for modular installation. As circuit-breaker, its breaking capacity, according to IEC/EN 60947-2, is 10kA at 277VAC and 400VAC. This circuit-breaker offers a protection of circuits against overcurrent according to UL 489. It has an IP20 degree of protection (as per IEC/EN 60529) on its terminals. It becomes IP40 once in modular enclosure. its fast closing mechanism improves its service life. The trip-free mechanism allows the contacts to not be held in the on position when the device is tripped automatically. The green mechanical indication guarantees the physical opening of the contacts to allow downstream maintenance.
