This crossbar has a 35-pound load rating and is adjustable from 3-7/8 inches to 5 inches so you can mount heavy lighting fixtures and be assured they'll stay in place. With slips at 3/8-IP, this crossbar has hardware you need to secure a lighting fixture. The crossbar comes with two 1/2-inch mounting screws and two 3/4-inch mounting screws.
