3M™ Cold Shrink QT-III Silicone Rubber Terminations are a one-piece, non-skirted silicone rubber termination that comes with factory-applied, pre-positioned Hi-K stress control layers underneath the insulator. Its short installed length is excellent for installations in limited spaces, such as those with motors, starters, switchgear, variable speed drives, transformers and similar connections which often reduce the need to add auxiliary boxes when enclosure space is limited. The 3M™ Cold Shrink QT-III Silicone Rubber Termination 7665-S-8 has a conductor size range for 5 kV: 700-1500 kcmil, 8 kV: 600-1250 kcmil, 15 kV: 500-1000 kcmil, 25/28 kV: 250-800 kcmil and 35 kV: 3/0 AWG-600 kcmil.
