The Polaris IT-500CB Multi-Tap Dual-Side Entry Vision Tap Connector features 2 ports sized for 500 MCM to 4 AWG wires. The clear body allows users to see their conductor placement and is wrapped in a layer of plastisol insulation. Each port is pre-loaded with an oxide inhibitor, with removable access plugs over the hex screws used to tighten the connections. Dual rated for use with copper or aluminum cables. Installs with a hex key and torque wrench, without any tape or additional supplies.
