Does not strip THHN wire. Strips very fine, flexible wire as well as solid conductor. Simple, precise stripping and cutting of fine wires and solid round cables with a wide capacity range between 28 to 6 AWG (0.08 to 16 mm2). Semi-circular grooved jaws hold the wire firmly in place as the parabolic blade removes the outer insulation. Fine adjustment dial enables accurate setting of the blade to special material requirements. Adjustable length stop, perfect for repetitive applications. Tether attachment works with KNIPEX tool tether system. Customizable with a space to write your name on the inside of the handle. Comfortable to use with dual-component handle. Easy to replace blade cassette. Easy to replace blade cassette. Durable - constructed of fiberglass reinforced plastic. Not for thin cable.
