The Polaris IPLD500-8CB Multi-Tap Dual-Sided Entry Vision Tap Connector features 8 ports sized for 500 MCM - 4 AWG wires. The clear body allows users to see their conductor placement and is wrapped in a layer of plastisol insulation. Each dual-sided port is pre-loaded with an oxide inhibitor, with removable access plugs over the hex screws used to tighten the connections. Installs with a hex key and torque wrench, without any tape or additional supplies, and comes packaged in a clear plastic bag with a mounting hole for hanging in retail displays.
