The Polaris ISPB2/0-4B Multi-Tap Direct Burial Single-Sided Entry Connector features 3 ports sized for 2/0 - 14 AWG wires. The body is made from aluminum alloy wrapped in a layer of high-dielectric strength rubber insulation. Each single-sided port is pre-loaded with an oxide inhibitor, with removable access plugs over the hex screws used to tighten the radial-tipped set screws. Rated for temporary submersion, wet or damp locations and direct burial applications. Installs with a hex key and torque wrench, without any tape or additional supplies. Meets or exceeds UL 486D and ANSI C119.1 specifications for use in wet or damp locations and designed for use in a wide range of temporary submersal or burial splicing applications.
