Atkore's MC Luminary HCF Lite is the solution for LED dimming in Healthcare commercial construction projects. The cables consist of an aluminum interlocked armor, wrapped around power conductors and purple and pink control conductor pair covered with an overall pink PVC jacket for quick and easy identification. MC Luminary HCF features a wrap-free design; instead of an overall assembly tape wrapping the twisted conductors, a protective polypropylene covering is extruded directly over the THHN insulation on the power conductors, reducing installation time and waste. MC Luminary HCF lite incorporates the redundant ground required for NEC 517.13. The armor in combination with full-sized aluminum ground/bonding conductor, along with the full-sized green insulated copper grounding conductor, provide the necessary grounding redundancy in healthcare settings.
