The Xirtec vinyl process piping system offers a complete line of pipe, fittings, flanges, strainers and valves for all your process system requirements. This high-performance vinyl system is designed to meet the temperature, pressure and flow requirements of piping systems used in chemical processes and other industrial applications. Xirtec PVC will not rust, pit, scale or corrode, ensuring superior underground performance, outstanding resistance to a wide range of chemicals and improved airflow. Durable yet lightweight, components are easily handled, stored, cut and joined. With an extended service life, low maintenance requirements and a low thermal conductivity factor, this vinyl process piping system is an excellent alternative to metal systems. It is potable-water approved and has an exceptional temperature range to a maximum of 60 Degrees C (140 Degrees F) under pressure. Pipe and fittings are available in Schedule 40 and 80 thicknesses. Xirtec PVC schedule 80 nipples come in a range of sizes and lengths.
