Topaz’s Rigid Cable Support body is manufactured of Malleable Iron with a Hot Dip Galvanized finish. Topaz’s Hot Dip Galvanizing process is applied to rigid cable support bodies to ensure dependable, long lasting product integrity. The hot dip galvanizing adds durability and corrosion protection that withstands the harshest weather conditions. The tapered inside surface is knurled to grip cable, threaded for Rigid Conduit and IMC and used for two or more wires with all types of insulations at 600V. Use Topaz’s Rigid Cable Support Body with Topaz’s Cable Support Wood Chock(sold separately) to support non-armored electrical cables in vertical conduit risers.
