F Series safety switches provide significantly higher levels of mechanical endurance than NEMA Type KS-1 or UL98 standards require. The design life of a F-Series switch is a minimum of three times the NEMA requirement. This heavy duty Single Throw Safety Switch has a rated current of 600A and has a NEMA 3R degree of protection. This fusible disconnect has a short circuit rating of 200kA@600VAC. This safety switch has a galvannealed steel enclosure and is surface mounted. This product os compatable with H or K, R, J or L fuses. The acceptable AWG gauge for this product is AWG 3/0 / 500 kcmil, copper or aluminiumand has a tightening torque of 375-375 lbf.in.
