MSA had the Arc visor tested by a Canadian utility company with equipment for controlled testing. Testing was performed using a (Class E) V-Gard helmet and Defender®+ Faceshield assembly with the Arc visor and chinguard. For use only with any MSA dielectric helmet and faceshield frame, where an exposure to arc flash conditions could occur.
