This ultrasonic sensor is a self-contained, pulse-echo, proximity sensing device that both transmits and receives sonic energy. It offers discrete output signal and standard functionality. This 30mm barrel sensor transmits and receives energy of 0.0508m to 1m sensing range. Operating on 12V to 24V DC and employing the latest piezoelectric and microprocessor technology. Supports 4-wire wiring technique and furnished with 4-pin M12 male connector for electrical connection. It is a cylindrical M30 threaded designed sensor with adjustable sensing window. The blue enclosure is made of ULTEM with silicone rubber front part. It is available in size of 96mm (L) x 34.7mm (W) x 30mm (D) and weighs 0.9kg. The ultrasonic sensor is suitable for packaging, automotive, paper industry, machine tool, assembly, water treatment, food and beverage processing etc. It is an IP67 and NEMA 4X rated product. This product is certified by CE and UL. Detection of any material, irrespective of color, light ambiance at the same distance, without adjustment or correction factor. The SUPERPROX+ allows in-the-field programming of SUPERPROX sensors by the user. The SC prefix designator has been assigned in order to differentiate this field programmable sensor from the factory configured sensor designated with an SM.
