The X-CEL blade allows fast, single stroke cutting of PVC, CPVC, PEX, PE, PB and rubber hose up to 1.375" outside diameter. The PC-1375 is designed for the professional user and is constructed of heavy duty aluminum for increased durability. No Ratcheting or Twisting Required!
